The Journal of Heritage and Historical Research (JHHR) is committed to publishing high-quality scholarly research on cultural heritage, historical research, archaeology, conservation, and other interdisciplinary topics. In particular, the journal encourages scholars to link historical research and current challenges through research that examines the meaning, preservation, and management of cultural and historical resources.
JHHR aims to encourage academic excellence through the publication of research that is academically strong, ethically sound, and applicable in practice. We welcome research papers that seek to enhance knowledge of history, facilitate the conservation of heritage sites, provide insights for public policies, and enable engagement with history on all levels.
